Dear Interested Party,
Every year in October we host the Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn. Our event is considered one of the favorite stops on the Champion's Tour by players and fans alike. Our Pro-Am is laced with the who's who of corporate America and Nascar not to mention the top names on tour. This year's champion was Jay Haas. For the third year in a row we have contracted the services of Howdy Letzring and his Wild World of Sports team. There are not words to describe what his program does to excite our Pro-Am participants, sponsors, and most importantly our real-estate development here at Rock Barn. It would be a mistake for any potential sponsor to construe WWS as just an entertainment entity. Howdy's interpersonal skills reveal themselves at day one of the event. WWS singles out our most important sponsors and guests highlighting them with the pros and celebrities. The first class image of the GHC and Rock Barn is showcased throughout the program. On each platinum DVD (gifted to all participants) there is a separate button to click on highlighting Rock Barn and all of our unique amenities.
Call me old fashioned but I still live by the philosophy that in our fast-paced world people still prefer doing business with people they like. Simply stated WWS builds relationships! The DVD creates the "Door Opening" opportunity to strengthen our ties with sponsors new and old. When the WWS comes on the scene a sense of magic takes place. The end result is fun, warm camaraderie, and most of all real dollars to our bottom line.
I hope that anyone that reads this letter and might be "on the fence" will call me personally so I can elaborate of the specifics of what WWS has done for us at the GHC. Any tour event or corporate outing that is looking for a special experience and return on investment reward should contact WWS at an early date.
All the best.
