380 Marshland Road Suite E-18
Hilton Head, SC 29926

Dear Howdy,

Having just returned from the International Pairs World Finals in Wales, and of course our ING Spring Conference prior to that, I wanted to write you this letter to reflect the deep appreciation of the ING Executive Committee for the spectacular video you produced for our 15th Annual ING Spring Conference.

The impact Wild World of Sports had on our awards dinner was totally amazing. Everyone enjoyed the humor, the nostalgia and the creativity that went into your production. The DVD is something we will use throughout the year to demonstrate the true spirit of ING.

I hope you will use me as a 'primary reference.' The power of what W WS brings to an event is important. Sponsors who are looking for a way to access the elite golf audiences of corporate America and on the PGA Tour should be lining up at your doorstep when they come to know and understand what we at ING experienced first hand.

Thank you again for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. Mark your calendar for the 2006 ING Spring Conference at Pinehurst. W WS is a 'must have' for ING as the entertainment centerpiece of our awards dinner.

Best wishes for continued success,

Mike Jamison
Executive Director

Dear Howdy,

Many thanks for the Liberty Mutual Legends Pro-Am video. We certainly did enjoy it. You are always very entertaining.

Thank you, too, for arranging to have the TriVita produts sent to me. I have already recieved them and am checking them out.

I will pass along your regards to Howdy Giles. In the meantime, take care and I hope our paths will cross again in the not-too-distant future. Sincerely,

Arnold Palmer
Golf Legend

Dear Howdy:

Thank you for sending me the DVD of the First Tee Open at Pebble Beach. I agree; this was indeed an extraordinary event. Your production of the highlights was excellent and very enjoyable. As a matter of fact, since The First Tee Open at Pebble Beach was preempted locally because of Hurricane Frances, I would like to show your feature to the entire TOUR staff at our next quarterly staff meeting.

We are off to a great start with the inaugural year of The First Tee Open and I think we are on to something special with this tournament.

Thank you for being a part of it, and thanks again for allowing me to share this unique event.

Sincerely,

Timothy W. Finchem
Commissioner

Dear Mr. Peck,

I am writing in regards to an opportunity I became aware of through my involvement in this year's Buik Invitational Golf Tournament. As a Buick Dealer in Southern California I am quite interested in Buick Golf and its potential impact on new car sales. It is with this motivation that I offer this letter of endorsement for a Buick/Wild World of Sports partnership as a promotional technique for the factory and its dealers.

The Wild World of Sports film that was shot in connection with this year's Buick Invitational Pro-Am was nothing short of exceptional. As a pro-am participant for the past five years I have seen many attempts to film the event, but this year it was different. There was an interaction between the tour players and the host "Howdy" Letzring that was as unique as it was fun. Moreover, the film made me feel somewhat special as a participant in the Pro-Am because of its ability to vividly illustrate the essence of the interaction that occurs between professional golfers and the amateur participants during such an event.

Directly because of the reasons above, I firmly believe that Buick could benefit from a partnership with Mr. Letzring. Wild World of Sports could easily become a vehicle that helps connect Buick, "the official car of the PGA Tour," with the lighter and more personable side of the "stars of the show," the players themselves.

A pro-am is a memorable moment for an amateur player. Often, the amateur players leaves the course attempting to emulate some or all of the touring pro's attributes. With Mr. Letzring's help, an undeniable link could be produced between being a professional golfer living the "tour life" and being a Buick owner. As a dealer, it is my firm opinion that such a connection would be a good thing for all involved.

Sincerely Yours,

David J. Greiner
Vice President, Greiner Buick Pontiac-GMC

Dear Howdy,

Now that we had some time to decompose, I want to take this time to thank you, Nick Bernhardt, and your WWS Team for producing a video highlighting our Pro-Am and other featured activities during this year's tournament.

The unique manner in which you captured our Pairing Party, Buick Family Days Clinic, Players Challenge, Military Appreciation Luncheon and PGA TOUR players interacting with our amateurs was exciting and well done. We especially appreciated you capturing the tournament's marquee players, as well as featuring our Century Club President, Jon Bilger, and the Director of Buick Golf Marketing, Larry Peck. The involvement of those particular "players" will assist us in being able to promote our tournament and nurture our relationship with our title sponsor Buick at the same time.

We appreciated the professionalism you and your crew exhibited while producing the video, especially in adhering to the stringent PGA TOUR rules and regulations. Keeping in the good graces of the TOUR is very important to us all.

We are certain each of the Pro-Am participants will enjoy the complimentary DVD showcasing their day with the TOUR stars. It will also serve as a great tool for us to promote our tournament activities to future sponsors.

Thank you again, Howdy, for your contributions to the Buick Invitational and best wishes for continued success on the PGA TOUR.

Sincerely,

Tom Wilson, PGA
Executive Director

Dear Interested Party,

We are one of the world's largets fixed income investment companies and every year we entertain 250 of our favorite customers at our annual golf outing. It's alwyas one of the great days of the year for our firm, but this year topped them all because Howdy Letzring created such a smashing video finale.

I've known Howdy since he taught me the over-spin backhand when I was 16 in 1967. He's as competent in creating customer videos as he was with tennis instructions and I can personally guarantee that any significant customer outing would be enhanced by Howdy's creative genius.

Really and truly Howdy's effort on behalf of our customers earned us both respect and real dollars. His work is tasteful, entertaining and quite humorous. We are still getting calls towo weeks later on how many people thoroughly enjoyed the production. Please feel free to call me at 203-625-2744 for any further inquiries concerning Wild World of Sports.

Sincerely,

Edwin L. Knetzger, III
Chairman Emeritus

Dear Howdy,

On behalf of myself and our 2003 Tournament Committee, I want to thank you for your team for the great contribution your Wild World of Sports video made to the pro-am experience. You captured treasured moments for our amateurs and pros alike.

After all of the uncertainty we went through to secure our new title sponsor, your video was a "breath of fresh air". You captured the MCI dignitaries, the Governor, as well as other corporate sponsors we needed to have highlighted. This program will be a powerful marketing tool for us to use in the coming year. I hope you will use me as a reference for any sponsor or tournament directory who is "on the fence" about using this.

In summary, the Wild World of Sports, Inc. is a winner. You delivered twice what you promised and we are greatful to have had you as a part of our tournament.

Thank you again, Howdy, for keeping the tradition alive and well. Best wishes for continued success on the PGA and Champions Tour in 2003.

Sincerely,

Steve Wilmot
Tournament Director
MCI Heritage

Dear Howdy,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at Wild World of Sports for the wonderful Pro-Am video you produced for the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf. The content of interviews, humor, nostalgia, music and camaraderie was amazing! Your ability to interact with the pro's and amateurs alike is what made your production stand apart from your average "highlight" video. The players enjoyed our presence on the course and could not wait to see themselves on the "big screen" at the Awards Banquet.

As the Executive Director of the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf, I want everyone to know what a powerful entertainment tool you bring to an event. The video brought a whole new dimension to the Pro-Am, one that our corporate clients really enjoyed. When a company chooses to sponsor a Wild World of Sports production, I guarantee they will be pleased with the result.

Thank you again for allowing us to savor the memories!

Sincerely,

Tim Iley
Executive Director

Dear Howdy,

I wanted to personally thank you for the wonderful job Wild World of Sports did for our BellSouth Classic Pro-Am. Your video captured the fun and personal experience of the event with our touring pros and amateur participants.

The way you wove the amateurs and pros together will make a treasured keepsake. I heard many positive comments from our players about the way you filmed each foursome and their pro, making it fun for everyone.

The segment on our charity, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta was the highlight of the video. It gives added meaning to the award we received as PGA TOUR Charity of the Year, and it reminds golf fans and participants of the real reason we are here... to give.

Thank you again Howdy for creating a lasting memory of our tournament. You really do make the amateurs stars. Best wishes for continued success in 2003! Sincerely,

Andrew Webber
Manager of Marketing and Client Services

Dear Howdy,

I think the video had a wonderful impact on the customers and guests who played in the BellSouth Classic Pro-Am. It was a fun, entertaining addition. I received many comments from those who viewed it. All very positive.

Thanks again,

William C. Pete
Vice President Advertising and Public Relations

Dear Howdy,

I want to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your Wild World of Sports staff, for the great video you produced for our Franklin Templeton Shark Shootout Pro-Am at the Sherwood Country Club in California last week.

As you know, this is an important event for us as the title sponsor, because it gives us a perfect venue to entertain our most prestigous clients in an intimate atmosphere with the top 20 PGA Tour golfers in the world.

Your video was a highlight of our awards dinner. You made our customers and guests feel like stars. It was fun, nostalgic and, most of all uplifting to everyone. I would be pleased to recommend Wild World of Sports to other companies hosting similar functions.

Sincerely,
Peter D. Jones

Dear Howdy,

I want to take this time to thank you for the brilliant video you created at last weeks Hilton Head Invitational.

The response was powerful and made more of an impact than we ever imagined. Your ability to introduce the humor with the information, build the "characters" within the video and keep it all within seven minutes of time was just amazing.

Please pass along our appreciation to Jim Hubbard and all of your production crew as well. Together you produced the vehicle that will have everybody raving about this place called Hilton Head Island.

We are delighted that you moved your national headquarters to Hilton Head Island. This is going to be a great bonus for the resort hotels on the island but most of to the corporate meeting planners avail their groups to your spectacular product.

Many, many thanks for a job extremely well done.

Best Regards,
William G. Miles
President & CEO

Dear Howdy,

Thanks for the "NFL Players Super Shoot-Out Golf Tournament" video. You and your team really captured the spirit of the event! It is always a great day when we can have fun on the links and raise money to support children's charities. We have shown the video in my office a couple of times and there are always smiles all around--you have hit your target once again.

I have noted my scorecard is missing the hole-in-one that you showed. But, our Air Force Special Tactics teams (they can soar through the air or swim underwater anywhere) have studied the driver's technique and my handicap should be dropping soon!

Thanks again for the video and also your great support. Best wishes for your continued success.

Dear Howdy:

As we bring 2003 to a close, I would like to express our sincerest appreciation to you and your Wild World of Sports team for the great Pro-Am video you created for the Greater Hickory Classic. The program was very exciting and allows us the opportunity to savor memories that will last throughout the coming year. Your ability to interact with major sports stars, PGA Professional, as well as our Pro-Am participants (amateurs)... and then weave them all into such a personal and interesting "movie" is very unique.

After receiving the feedback from our participants, the video ranks as one of the most appreciated gifts they received. From a tournament staff perspective, it is even more significant to us as a valuable marketing tool to show to new prospective sponsors for the coming year.

Thank you again, Howdy for creating the lasting memories and for showing our sponsors and guests what a unique event we have at the Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn.

All the best.
